Very flexible app. But if you are managing kids accounts, its a real fundamental flaw not having the ability to disable data allowance during defined day-timeframes. Its either on or not. Please include this. Post Update Per Your Reply. I know you can bar data via the app, and also remove the bar. However, my statement is that you cannot add a bar to data for a defined time period, and then it automatically resumes. This as mentioned would be useful when it comes to managing kids data time.

Horrendous experience. My home broadband went down. Fine, outages happen, not Voda's fault. So I booked an engineer visit on the Vf BB website. My account said it was booked, a text said me it was booked, got a ref number, and yet I phoned up on the day and it wasn't booked. The nearest slot was 4 days later. That's Voda's fault. The app doesn't work at all without working BB, it stays on the loading "apostrophe". It could at least show the Vf tech support number to call.

EDIT. APP not just gives error code 4302, greys or and there is no such error code online. Amazing feat. Take the rest of my post now with copious amounts of salt. This app is great. It's clean, functional and easy to navigate. The reading is clear and concise and it is made super easy to pay either the full bill or parts towards it. So far, a great experience with both Vodafone and the app, cheers...
