Not great, always an issue. Every single delivery has been either wrong items, or missing items. I order 4 of the same thing, I get 2. Either someone can't count, or you should order double to make sure you actually get the amount you want. Another possibility might be more sinister, they deliberately give you the wrong stuff, in order to credit your wallet, forcing you to order again. Use this app as a last resort, and only if you don't really care if you get the actual stuff you ordered.

I used to ABSOLUTELY love this service. But recently their delivery people have decided to call on WhatsApp instead of direct call and it never gets through to me. Instead of trying me on the direct line when they can't find me, they just cancel the order. I find myself having to reorder the same order two-three times before I can actually get it and each time I'm charged a delivery fee. When I call the customer care center they tell me its not actually for the delivery problem!

Update (16 March): Latest update broke payment authorization... Well done. Still 1 star. Recent updates that changed the layout and appearance have slowed down the app significantly. Stuttery and long animations, awful search times, and user flow/journey just sucks now. Your app was the major advantage over your competitors, but this change is several steps backwards. Delivery itself is amazingly fast and the people working the ground are great. Will update this review if the app gets better.
