How do I know I've selected the correct car park?

Please make sure your location services are turned on. You will receive a notification if you are in the wrong car park. On the other hand, our partner car parks also have clear signs and QR codes for users to identify the location.

What if I'm not sure how long I will need to park?

You can just select the duration you want to park. And we will send you a notification when your session is close to ending. If you need to stay longer, select the appropriate session and tap the "Add more time" button. Select and pay for the additional time you wish to purchase, and you can stay longer.
