April 8, 2022: 100th anniversary

To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the BBC, BBC iPlayer is adding a huge collection of box sets, including documentaries, sitcoms, dramas and more. More than a thousand classic BBC box sets will be available to stream on the platform, allowing users to discover new TV series or watch their favorite shows again. The newly added content will include TV series like Blackadder, The Young Ones, and sitcoms such as Mum, starring Lesley Manville.
