Latest Update: New Look and New Features

With a few new Google devices coming this week, a major upgrade is headed for the Google Home app, including new look design and a series of new features. Now the new version is smarter and more connected with a better way to organize things. Besides, users can start grouping things by category and area. Upgrade the app now to manage your house!

As for new features, the app is updated with two new tabs "Watch" and "Discover", with which you can search tons of supported apps and watch trending content and videos on apps like Netflix, HBO Now, and Youtube. With all features rolled into one, you can perform all the functions in one app at any time.

• Find interesting things by different categories covering actor, movie, TV series, and so on from your Chromecast-enabled apps.

• Control the devices by making it play, pause, raise or lower the volume

For Google Home device users

• Control Google Home settings by changing the location, audio player, etc.
