Latest Update: New City Joins

Neuron becomes the third e-scooter and e-bike provider in Edmonton. Neuron will begin with 600 e-scooters and 200 e-bikes across the city.

• Fresh experience: This app provides a new trip method for users. Riding an e-scooter or e-bike is fun and eco-friendly.
• Locating problem: Some users report that the app cannot locate the vehicles accurately, making it difficult to end the ride.
• High cost: Some users report that it costs them a lot of money because they have to pay for a new pass in another city. If the vehicle is broken, they still need to pay for the fee.

Why can't I end my trip?

You may be in the No Parking Zone. It is marked by the red-colored area on the app's map. Riders will not be able to end their trip within this zone. Please find the parking zone and try again. If it doesn't work, please contact us.

What is the yellow zone on the map?

The yellow-colored zone on the app's map is Low Speed Zone. Neuron vehicles will automatically reduce speed in this zone. You can also reduce speed by yourself by pressing the "Toggle Speed" button on the handlebars or switching to the "low speed mode".
