ParkChicago allows you to park your car without running to the meter. With ParkChicago, you can wrap up the whole parking process from your phone. You are able to pay for parking with your mobile phone and notifications are available to extend your parking time. Most importantly, pay box and dashboard receipt are no longer required, as you have your phone and license plate!
Pros:

Cons:
- Too many steps for signing up.
- No time menu to set the exit time as an alternative option to just adding time.
- Fee charging is disturbing.
- The app doesn't ring when the session is almost over.

Pay with ParkChicago or ParkChicago Pay Box.
How do I reset my pin?
- Go to the Login screen in the app and click on Reset PIN.
- For security reasons, you need to insert the credit card information linked to the account.
- Verify payment details.
- Create a new PIN and click on Reset Pin.
How do I change my payment details?
- Navigate to the Menu to access options under Settings.
- Select Account Balance.
- Update Payment Card.
- Enter in the new credit card information.
- Hit Save.
