Thank you for using ANA. Information is updated by pulling the My Booking screen from top to bottom. Please update your reservation information when you select or change your seat, or change your flight reservation.
Main functions of the ANA app
・Display of reservation information on the home screen
If you have a reservation (domestic flight, international flight, domestic trips, overseas trips), the reservation information will be displayed in a list on the home screen of the app, and will be updated according to your reservation information. You can quickly check the necessary information such as seat numbers, boarding gates, and the location of security checkpoints.
・Indication of domestic flight security checkpoint closing time
If you have a reservation for a domestic flight, a countdown will be displayed 24 hours before the security checkpoint deadline. You can check it as a guide before heading to the airport or after arriving at the airport. \
・Notification of flight information
Four types of flight information are displayed on the home screen: "on time", "delayed", "cancelled" and "conditional operations". If there are any changes in flight information, such as delays or cancellations, the ANA app will be notified as soon as possible.
・Extensive mileage related functions.
You can check your mileage balance and Sky Coin balance smoothly from the home screen. Smooth linkage with the ANA Mileage Club app.
