Last month, Marks & Spencer acquired the intellectual property Thread, including its source code and algorithms. M&S has been working hard on developing its digital and data capabilities to offer an omnichannel service to customers over the last 3 years. This acquisition will provide the opportunity to integrate the AI technology into M&S platform to improve customer experience.
