Can I extend my parking session, without going back to my car?

Yes. You can extend from anywhere and at any time while the session is active. Just view the active session, and press "extend" to select more time.

Why are the rates different on the app to those posted at the lot?

Most of the time, the rates on the app are the same as those posted in the lot, but the hangTag app allows more flexible and friendly rates than are possible through other payment methods and occasionally you may find a discrepancy.
